| Expected results/impacts |
The initial evaluation of the results show that around Rs. 7.01 million have already been saved by these 9 companies against investment of around Rs. 1 million only (fee and investments together). Thus the ROI (return of investment) achieved in this project is 1:7, which is excellent for such cluster projects. Another highlight of the project has been that 83% of all the suggestions were either No cost/Low cost measures. For example, 53% solutions were based on efficiency improvement in existing industrial systems and 19% on Good Housekeeping that didn’t need investments. |
